Why oh why oh why

Do i have these breaks from running? X-Mas?….yes. I went for a 3 miler today and could feel the wobble of my belly. That’s it head down and hard training for me………for a while.

    Yes, well, you have got a half marathon at the end of March, remember? Although at this present moment in time you’re probably head down in a pint somewhere. Happy birthday!

    I hink you protest too much. I just looked at the figures for your last 5 runs and this was the fastest. That wobbling belly must have helped your momentum. (Mine just weighs me down).
