Got up early doors and went for a 4 miler this morning. Getting ready to have a crack at this years Juneathon which is looking like a lot of people doing it this year. However i start this effort with a nasty blister on my right ankle lower foot heel bit, photo to follow.
My wife is having a crack this years Race For Life in Rhyl this afternoon so we are all going there to give her as much support as we can. This is her 4th one having done them in Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Rhyl before.
Looks like May was post a photo of your injury month. Is a blister an injury? Looks nasty, anyway.
