No work today so i got up early and went for a 4 miler. My legs were knackered after yesterdays efforts and after 3 miles i was really struggling. Gonna have a rest day tomorrow.
Now we are off bowling.
Ran 4.23 miles in 38:10 @ 9:01 min/miles pace
