Dress in thin, wicking layers
You’d better watch out, you’d better not cry, you’d better not pout I’m telling you why. Winter training will get you fit for a summer get down!
This is the tip I’ve been using all winter: “There are no bad weather conditions, just wrongly dressed runners.” Enjoy!
My best winter training tip is: always wear gloves!
Be safe, and be seen – wear reflective clothing in the dark, or run in daylight hours if possible.
Always carry spare batteries for your head torch when running in the dark. Just because the streetlamp were working yesterday, doesn’t mean they still will be today
