Back On It

After training hard over the summer months I decided to take a break from blogging and running in an effort to get my motivation back. I have had a good year by my standards and I am now making plans for next year. I am thinking about taking on the 1500 miles in a year challenge. This should keep in the races with a view to doing at the very least a race a month.

We will see. Back to the plodding.
