My Mother and Father in-law are on holiday at the moment so we are having to look after their place. So i got up early this morning and combined getting the green bin out with a quick 3 miler. There must be other practical things i can do to make my runs more productive?

Went for a quick 4 miler this evening. The numbers arrived for a 10km race we have entered this Sunday which route is along a River bank in the shadow of a Castle near a local Sainsburys.

I managed to do a quick 3 miler this afternoon followed by a load (i didn’t count) of press ups and sit ups.  My wife has a stinking cold at the moment inevitably this will transfer to me in the form of serious man flu.
