			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Todays schedule called for 8x400m Intervals. I never do this sort of stuff but i promised i would this year because i know i am lazy runner essentially. These are very hard for me. I was blowing out of my own arse by the 3rd one. So you run 400 meters fast and recover for 400 meters, repeat 8 times.</p>
<p>That red line is about 400 meters and that mound is where the red line is if any of that makes sense then hats off to you.</p>
