Juneathon Day 6 – 4 Miler Hill.

Got up early today because i am sober on a Sunday morning which makes a nice change and Ev is doing the Race For Life at Rhyl today.  So i set off for a run feeling a little stiff from yesterdays 10 miler with the intention of just doing a slow 3 miler but ended up doing what felt like a quick 4 miler which has a massive hill at mile 3, felt great.

Juneathon has been a massive help in motivating me to stay off the drink and get my big arse out running. It’s been a good week and i am really enjoying reading all the other blogs very inspiring.
