After a great week of training i was looking at trying to get a good time on my usual 3 mile route. Last weekend i had a nightmare. It was like i had never run before in my life. So today i gave it some effort. I was sick at the 2 mile point. I haven't been sick on a run for years and this was a great big kick up the arse. I need to train more and harder, simple as that.
