The 4th Of Juneathon.

A 3.5 mile run this afternoon and my legs are starting to feel slightly stiff from this weeks efforts. Not wimping out yet but it’s time to oil the chain up on the bike and get that out tommorow. I will also start the press up and sit ups this weekend.

Will someone lend me a large lump of flat ground to run on?
